Can you help landlords meet the Healthy Homes standards?
Yes. We install heating and ventilation systems and can recommend the most cost-effective way to bring a rental up to standard.
What is the difference between ventilation and heat transfer?
A ventilation system brings fresh, filtered air into the home to reduce moisture. A heat transfer system moves warm air from one room, often where a heat pump or fire is, into other rooms.
Do I need extractor fans as well?
Kitchens and bathrooms in rentals need extraction to meet the ventilation standard. We can check what you have and add fans where needed.
Is the work certified?
Yes. Every job is finished to the AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules and signed off with the right Electrical Safety Certificate (ESC) or Certificate of Compliance (CoC), so your insurance and any future sale are covered.
